JH UX Case study
In this project, I focused on designing a user-centric skincare and haircare product recommendation platform tailored to different customer target profiles (CTP). The platform categorizes users based on specific attributes such as skin type, hair type, and body type, represented by Ayurvedic doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. My role as a UI/UX designer involved crafting intuitive interfaces that guide users through a personalized experience, ensuring they find the most suitable products for their unique needs. The design emphasized clarity, inclusivity, and ease of navigation, ensuring a seamless user journey from product discovery to purchase.
